VIP & Overnight Package guests kick off the weekend Saturday at the Poolside Prelude, a sun-soaked pool party with a live DJ, chilled wines, and seasonal cocktails that sets the vibe for what’s ahead. Then on Sunday, the main event takes over the estate: 30+ award-winning Chateau Elan wines, chef-curated bites, live entertainment, hands-on workshops, and immersive activations spread across the vineyards. This is wine country at full volume.
Kick off Vineyard Fest weekend on Friday, September 19, with the Poolside Prelude, a resort-style evening designed to set the tone for the celebration ahead. Enjoy live music from a DJ, seasonal cocktails, chilled estate wines, and light bites, all against the backdrop of a warm North Georgia evening. Relax poolside, mingle with fellow guests, and ease into the weekend before Saturday’s main event. Included with VIP tickets and VIP packages.
The main event arrives on Saturday, September 20. When the gates open, the entire Chateau Elan estate transforms into a full-scale harvest celebration. Taste through 30+ award-winning wines, graze on chef-driven culinary stations, and enjoy live music throughout the grounds. Now in its 29th year, Vineyard Fest has grown into a full two-day celebration spanning the entire estate, featuring 30+ award-winning wines, chef-driven cuisine, live music, hands-on workshops, and curated experiences that make this the must-attend event of Georgia’s fall season.
If you are purchasing tickets without an overnight accommodation, you will receive a confirmation email with your electronic ticket from our ticketing platform. Please check your inbox and/or spam folder shortly after purchasing your ticket.
If you are purchasing a Rooms Package, with accommodations and ticketing bundled together, tickets will be automatically sent to your email address 48 hours after the rooms package is purchased online.
General Admission includes entry from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM with unlimited 1.5 oz pours of Chateau Elan wines, craft beers, and local spirits. You’ll also get chef-crafted bites from our restaurant partners, live culinary demonstrations, live music all day, backyard games, and exclusive Vineyard Fest swag to take home.
VIP Admission includes everything in General Admission plus early entry starting at noon, access to the exclusive VIP lounge with private bar and soft seating, private chef-curated culinary stations and tastings, and expanded access throughout the entire winery. VIP also includes entry to the Poolside Prelude on Saturday for the full two-day experience.
All tickets and packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your reservation by updating the name on your booking.
Vineyard Fest is a 21+ event. No one under the age of 21 will be admitted, including children in strollers or carriers. Valid photo ID is required for all guests at check-in, no exceptions.
On-site parking is reserved exclusively for overnight guests with room packages.
For all other ticket holders, we strongly encourage parking at the downtown Braselton parking deck and hopping on our complimentary trolley service. The Braselton Trolley runs continuous pick-up and drop-off directly in front of the winery throughout the event, so getting here is the easy part.
No enforced dress code, but we ask that you dress in the spirit of the event. Vineyard Fest takes place primarily outdoors, so check the forecast and plan accordingly. Rain or shine, the party goes on.
Please drink responsibly and plan your ride home before the day gets started. If you need a safe way home, Safe Ride America at (404) 888-0887 is a nonprofit that provides free transportation when you need it. Uber and Lyft are also available throughout the event.
