Event Series: Core Conditioning

Pilates Ring

This 45-minute Pilates Ring workout benefits exercisers of all strength levels and promotes overall body stability, strength, and endurance through the use of a Pilates ring. Providing gentle-to-moderate resistance, the Pilates ring will be mindfully integrated throughout class with guided instruction to support or challenge you during exercises. The Pilates ring is made from a flexible material and is designed to provide a variable amount of resistance under pressure.

Special Considerations
___All guests should plan on arriving 15-minutes prior to the start of class and check-in at the Spa at Chateau Elan.
___Lockers and changing rooms are available for all guests. Access to additional spa amenities are not included.
___Class size is limited. Classes can be taught inside or outside, dependent on weather.
