Event Series: Vinyasa Yoga

Hatha Yoga

This class is a 45-minute practice, is perfect for everyone, from beginners to more experienced yogis. This class adds the focus on posture and breathe to balance body, mind, and spirit. Hatha Yoga is practiced at a slower pace with controlled movements and stretching. Benefits of a hatha yoga include better spinal health, improved balance and posture, and increased flexibility and strength.

Special Considerations
___All guests should plan on arriving 15-minutes prior to the start of class and check-in at the Spa at Chateau Elan.
___Lockers and changing rooms are available for all guests. Access to additional spa amenities are not included.
___Class size is limited. Classes can be taught inside or outside, dependent on weather.
