Bianco Release Party

March 27 @ 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Our celebrity wine is back. Chateau Elan is thrilled to welcome the return of Bianco, one of our most intriguing and celebrated wines, at the Bianco Release Party in the newly renovated Matisse space within the Conference Wing. This spring-inspired event offers a fresh, inviting experience for guests to taste, explore, and celebrate a wine that has earned its place in history.

Bianco first made headlines in 2017, when it became the very first wine from Georgia to take the top award at the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition. The recognition was so remarkable that judges and the competition director personally reached out to confirm the wine’s story. Made from muscadine and chardonnay fortified grapes, Bianco broke through traditional expectations, earning best in show and challenging wine connoisseurs to rethink what a Southern white port could achieve. That same edition also received the Made in the South Award from Gardens and Gun magazine, leading to our first appearance on the Today Show.

The new release continues this legacy. Crafted from Carlos muscadine and chardonnay grapes from the 2022 harvest, Bianco is fortified and aged for a minimum of three years in barrels with zero sulfites and no fining. With a natural residual sugar of nine percent and alcohol at nineteen percent, it reproduces the same style and profile that has made it a standout. Its intense amber color and complex flavors of brown sugar, nuts, honey, dried fruit, licorice, and apricots make every sip an experience to savor.

Guests will enjoy curated wine samplings paired with artisanal charcuterie, live jazz, and an interactive culinary demonstration highlighting Bianco’s versatility. The open-air Matisse space, softly illuminated by string lighting, creates a warm and inviting setting for tasting, conversation, and discovery. Exclusive bottles, curated bundles, and case selections will be available throughout the evening.
