The Spa at Château Élan is a serene, adults-only retreat. To ensure a peaceful and relaxing experience for all guests, access to spa services, facilities, and amenities is limited to individuals 18 years of age and older.

To ensure your comfort and safety, a spa therapist will conduct a brief health assessment before your treatment begins. Please inform us of any medical conditions that could impact your experience. If you are pregnant, we kindly ask that you let us know in advance so we can tailor your treatment accordingly.

To ensure a seamless experience, a 22% service charge is automatically added to all services and shared among our spa team. While additional gratuity is welcome, it is not expected.

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within this window will incur the full service charge.
All cancellations must be submitted via email to spa.cancellations@chateauelan.com or by calling (678) 425-0900.

Cancellations are not confirmed until you receive an email confirmation. A $50 fee applies to any changes made within 24 hours of your appointment.

You’ll be provided with a luxurious robe and slippers to wear during your visit. Undergarments are not required beneath your robe, though you’re welcome to wear whatever feels most comfortable. Our therapists are professionally trained to ensure your privacy at all times.

If you plan to enjoy hydrotherapy treatments, the indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, or group classes, please bring a swimsuit and workout attire.

Clothing is optional in our separate men’s and women’s eucalyptus steam rooms and dry saunas.

Please note that we are not responsible for any personal items or valuables brought into the spa or left in lockers. We recommend leaving valuables at home or secured in your guest room safe if staying overnight.
