This class is a 45-minute dynamic practice, perfect for all levels, with the added element of the outdoors. Your guided flow will focus on continuous, strong sequences, with the connection between mind, body, and breath to create meditation in motion. We will flow through several sequences that target core strength, balance, and flexibility to achieve overall health wellness. Benefits of a Flow Yoga include better spinal health, improved balance and posture, and increased flexibility. (Class will be indoors class during cooler months)
Special Considerations
__•_All guests should plan on arriving 15-minutes prior to the start of class and check-in at the Spa at Chateau Elan.
__•_Lockers and changing rooms are available for all guests. Access to additional spa amenities are not included.
__•_Class size is limited. Classes can be taught inside or outside, dependent on weather.
