Photography Policy
We are proud supporters of the Georgia Film Office and have served as the backdrop for numerous television shows, feature films, commercials, and more. With over 3,500 acres of beautiful and unique settings, Chateau Elan continues to inspire artists of all levels.We encourage guests to capture personal memories while enjoying overnight accommodations at Chateau Elan. Photography using cell phones for personal, non-commercial purposes is welcome.
For non-guest and/or more extensive photography and videography, all sessions must be booked at least one week in advance through our online booking system. These sessions require payment of an hourly fee at the time of booking. Participants will also be required to complete a liability waiver and location agreement before their session, and documentation must be presented to on-site personnel upon arrival.

We are lucky to receive interest from journalists and influencers of all levels and outlets. With limited availability, we may not able to accommodate all of the requests we receive and, therefore, give priority to those with audiences that are most relevant to our resort.
