Led by our talented culinary team\, this immersive cooking class experience invites guests to explore their culinary creativity through hands-on instruction and refined techniques. \n\n\n\nFrom essential mise en place to mastering impressive main courses\, each class is designed to empower students with the skills and confidence to recreate a variety of dishes at home. Guests will begin with foundational knife skills — learning how to hold\, sharpen\, and maneuver the knife with precision. Techniques such as julienne\, chiffonade\, dice\, and batonnet will transform ingredients into artful components of each dish. \n\n\n\nFollowing the hands-on portion\, participants will gather to enjoy their creations paired with a glass of Chateau Elan wine. Every cooking class includes three hours of expert instruction\, all necessary ingredients\, take-home recipe cards\, and thoughtfully curated sommelier wine pairings for a truly memorable culinary journey.
