Rules & Regulations
- The pool is open daily from 8:00AM to 8:00PM.
- Guests need to wear their valid, resort-provided wristbands at all times inside the pool area.
- If you have lost or misplaced your wristband, a replacement can be purchased at the Front Desk for an additional fee.
- Resort-provided wristband allows access for one (1) guest.
- Hotel staff is authorized to ask details about your room reservation for verification purposes.
- Guests that depart the pool area, for any length of time, are considered to have vacated their lounger.
- Guests may not ‘hold’ or ‘reserve’ loungers for others. Belongings left behind will be considered lost property and kept in Lost and Found.
- Guests may not move lounge chairs and/or umbrellas.
- Guests may not use chewing tobacco, smoke, vape, or use e-cigarette devices inside pool area.
- No personal, amplified music will be allowed inside the pool area.
- No outside food and/or beverage is allowed inside the pool area.
- No type of glassware is permitted in the pool area.
- Guests swim at their own risk and the hotel will not be responsible for any injuries while using the facilities.
- Hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to any personal property, injury, disability or fatality even death arising from whatsoever reasons while exercising or playing in the swimming area.
- These rules and regulations are subject to change any time without notice. Follow the instructions of the staff on duty at all time for your safety.
Additional Pool Risks and Safety Measures:
- WARNING - NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY RISK OF DROWNING - SUPERVISE CHILDREN CLOSELY
- Shower before entering the water.
- Children shall not use pool without an adult in attendance.
- Adults should not swim alone.
- All children three years old and younger and any child not potty-trained must wear snug fitting plastic pants or a water resistant swim diaper.
- Do not swim if the suction outlets are missing, broken, or not clearly visible from the deck.
- No glass articles allowed in or around pool.
- Do not swallow the pool water.
- Do not dive.
- Do not swim if you had diarrhea within the past two weeks.
- No animals are allowed in pool or pool enclosure, except service animals are allowed on deck.
- Bathers shall not be allowed to eat or drink while in or partially in the water.
- Food and beverages shall only be served on non-breakable containers.
- All trash must be disposed of in a covered trash containers provided around pool.
- Social distancing is mandated throughout the pool area.
- Pool area will be functioning at a limited capacity to allow for additional space per guest.
