The 35,000 square foot Chateau Elan Spa is well suited for han­dling an array of Spa Group Events, rang­ing from Employee Appre­ci­a­tion Days, Cor­po­rate Events, Bridal Show­ers, Baby Show­ers, Bach­e­lorette Par­ties, Birth­day Par­ties, and well deserved Girls Get­aways. Spa Group Guidelines

Guest of the Spa must be at least 18 years of age. The Spa is a non-​smoking envi­ron­ment. Some treat­ments are not suit­able for preg­nant guests. Cell phone use is pro­hib­ited on spa premises and all cel­lu­lar devices should be turned off prior to enter­ing spa lobby. Spa robe, slip­pers and a locker key will be pro­vided. Treat­ment times are all based on availability.

Arrival

We rec­om­mend that you arrive at the Spa at least 30 min­utes prior to your sched­uled appoint­ment time so that you can enjoy the opti­mal spa experience.

We also rec­om­mend show­er­ing prior to your ser­vice in order to receive max­i­mum treat­ment benefit.

Should you arrive late for your treat­ment, the treat­ment will be mod­i­fied to max­i­mize the remain­ing time with­out com­pro­mis­ing the next appoint­ment. Full rates will still apply in this instance.

For your use and enjoy­ment, please feel free to take advan­tage of our relax­ing ameni­ties which include: A Whirlpool Jacuzzi, Sauna, Steam room, Fit­ness Cen­ter , as well as com­pli­men­tary Spa Fit­ness Classes.

Din­ing

Our inti­mate restau­rant Fleur-​De-​Lis is open daily for break­fast and lunch. Reser­va­tions are required as seat­ing is lim­ited. Com­pli­men­tary after­noon tea, which includes herbal tea, herbal cof­fee & pas­tries, is served in the din­ing area from 4pm – 5:30pm.

For reser­va­tions of eight or more peo­ple the bill will be pre­sented on one check. There is a 20% ser­vice charge and a 7% sales tax.

Pay­ment

The Spa accepts the fol­low­ing meth­ods of pay­ment: Mas­ter Bill, Guest Room Charge, Credit Card, Chateau Elan Gift Card (must be pre-​sented at time of ser­vices ren­dered), Cash, or Busi­ness Check.

Book­ing Process

As soon as you know what treat­ments your guests would like, the group book­ing process usu­ally pro­ceeds as follows:

We can block a spec­i­fied num­ber of spa appoint­ments up to 6 months prior to the event date, but inquiries may be taken ear­lier based on avail­abil­ity. All appoint­ments are based on avail­abil­ity so hold­ing these appoint­ments guar­an­tees your spe­cific services.

Up to 10 days prior to your event we can com­mu­ni­cate and make any changes to your block of appoint­ments. All non required ser­vices must be can­celled at that 10 day deadline.

After the 10 day dead­line any remain­ing ser­vices are non can­cellable and are not change­able. Name changes will be accepted up to 72 hours prior to your event.

All ser­vices booked within 10 days of an event are non-​cancellable and are not changable.

We guar­an­tee a qual­i­fied ther­a­pist at the time of your appoint­ment. We book ser­vices with ther­a­pists based on their spe­cial­ties, there­fore, due to the lev­els of staffing on any given day, we do not guar­an­tee the gen­der of a therapist.

All ser­vices will be booked through one per­son here at the spa, the Spa Group Coor­di­na­tor, and one per­son rep­re­sent­ing your com­pany or group. We require a con­tract to be signed a min­i­mum of 10 days prior to your event.
