Dur­ing Your Visit

To get the most out of your treat­ment, we encour­age you to com­mu­ni­cate with your ther­a­pist. Your com­fort and enjoy­ment are most impor­tant to us, so let us know if you have con­cerns about depth of pres­sure dur­ing your mas­sage, the tem­per­a­ture of your spa treat­ment room, music vol­ume or other issues.

The spa ther­a­pist will be com­plet­ing a brief health eval­u­a­tion prior to your treat­ment to be able to pro­vide you with the best expe­ri­ence pos­si­ble and to assure your safety and comfort.

We encour­age you to dis­close any health con­di­tions that may affect your spa expe­ri­ence. You must be past your 13th week of preg­nancy to receive a massage.

What to Bring

We gladly pro­vide you with a lux­u­ri­ous robe and slip­pers dur­ing your stay with us. Under­gar­ments are not nec­es­sary under your robe, but you may wear them if you wish. Please wear what­ever is com­fort­able for you. Our ther­a­pists are trained to ensure your pri­vacy at all times. Please bring your swim suit and work out attire if you wish to enjoy any hydro treat­ments, indoor pool, co-​ed hot tub, or work­out facil­i­ties and fit­ness classes. Cloth­ing is optional in our sep­a­rate his and her euca­lyp­tus steam rooms and dry sauna. Please do not bring jew­elry or other valu­ables. Lock­ers will be pro­vided for your con­ve­nience how­ever Château Élan is unable to replace or pay for items that are left or lost.

Age Require­ments

The Spa at Château Élan is an adult sanc­tu­ary avail­able to guests of 18 years of age or older. Minors 13 and above may enjoy cer­tain treat­ments if accom­pa­nied by a guardian. As the Spa is an adult area, we respect­fully request that guests do not bring their chil­dren to the Spa.

Spa Day Pass

A Spa Day Pass allows any guest to enjoy the Spa Facil­i­ties includ­ing Fit­ness Classes.
Resort Guests:
Any day of the week, $50 (Sub­ject to Avail­abil­ity)
Non-​Resort Guests: Mon­day — Fri­day, $50 (Excludes Hol­i­days, and Sub­ject to Availability)

Cancellation/​Rescheduling Policy

Your spa time is held exclu­sively for you and your spa ther­a­pist. For this rea­son we respect­fully ask that you give a min­i­mum of 24-​hours advance notice for all cancellations/​reschedules.

If less than 24-​hours a 50% charge of ser­vices will be billed.
If less than 4-​hours a 100% charge of ser­vices will be billed.

Can­celling overnight Spa Pack­ages would incur the room can­cel­la­tion pol­icy also. No shows are charged full value. Please note, Cou­ples Expe­ri­ences require a 72 hour cancellation.

Gra­tu­ity

For your con­ve­nience a 20% ser­vice charge is auto­mat­i­cally applied to all a la carte ser­vices and dis­trib­uted to the staff. Pack­age prices are inclu­sive. Addi­tional gra­tu­ities are appre­ci­ated but not expected.

Pre­serv­ing our Tran­quil Environment

For the pri­vacy and com­fort of our guests, smok­ing, cell phones, lap­tops, cam­eras and videos are not allowed in any of the Spa or fit­ness areas.

Daily Facil­ity Charge

For guests not stay­ing overnight in the Spa or hav­ing spa ser­vices, the facil­i­ties can be enjoyed for a daily fee of $50.00 Mon­day through Thurs­day, exclud­ing holidays.

Social

Ideal for any kind of cel­e­bra­tion includ­ing birth­days, bridal par­ties, girl­friend get­aways and office appre­ci­a­tion. Group gath­er­ings (5 or more peo­ple) require a con­trac­tual agree­ment. Please con­tact the Spa Group Coor­di­na­tor to book large par­ties and social groups.

Gift Cards

They are valid for 5 years from the date of pur­chase and can be used toward any Chateau Élan Resort ser­vice as well as retail pur­chases. Gift Cards are trans­fer­able but non-​refundable. Val­ues are sub­ject to cur­rent pric­ing and our can­cel­la­tion pol­icy. Gift Cards must be pre­sented at the time ser­vices are rendered.

Prod­uct Return Policy

We are happy to accept returns on most mer­chan­dise pur­chased from the Spa within 30 days of pur­chase and with a valid receipt except as fol­lows: Unfor­tu­nately and with­out excep­tion, we can­not accept any items that have been opened. All refunds are for SPA CREDIT ONLY. No cash refunds.
