The remodeling format was designed to enhance and elevate the corporate group and conference meeting experience at the 3,500 acre, AAA Four Diamond conference and resort destination property.
Inspired by the Chateau Élan architectural and interiors style that emulate elements of a great French Country estate, the new carpets, art work, drapes, and furnishing schemes revolve around a bold, chic looking new design employing French blue and the muted colors evocative of the sun drenched Mediterranean. They are used throughout in shades of soft gold, cream, blue and brown. One "French inspired" concept was to select one color and use it in different hues throughout the meeting rooms.
The entire spectrum of the IACC Conference Center, with its large pre-function area, ballrooms and meeting rooms combines flexibility with versatility and can accommodate up to 750 guests.

In keeping with continuing efforts to further Chateau Élan’s “going green” agenda, energy efficient digital thermostats have been installed throughout the entire Conference Center programmed to automatically set back to 72 degrees at midnight no mater what the temperature was set during the day.
And while Chateau Elan’s form engages the eye for its beauty, its function as a conference destination plays an even greater part in its appeal. Chateau Elan corporate and conference groups can enjoy a sumptuous mix of French wine country with unmatched recreational and indulgent amenities, attentive service, an inventive platform of team building activities, distinctive catering, and dining.
