Deposit/​Cancellation Terms:

We will take a $15 non-​refundable deposit at the time of book­ing. Credit cards will be billed for the ENTIRE STAY on Decem­ber 17, 2015. Guests will have until Decem­ber 24, 2015 to can­cel their reser­va­tion and receive a refund, with the excep­tion of the book­ing deposit. Any reser­va­tions can­celled after Decem­ber 24 will be com­pletely non-​refundable.
